Summer has finally arrived and we’ve had several weeks of really great sunny weather, although the typical May rain storms have put in a couple of appearances too.

Construction on site is now entering the final three months, everything is shaping up well and we remain on schedule for delivering the residential units by the end of August. We will then move on to the handover programme between 1st September and 31st October. All owners will receive by email detailed information about the delivery handover timings and process in the next couple of weeks to enable you to plan your trip to Cyprus to take delivery of your property.

Part of the completion process will be furnishing your new property and Jonathan has been hard at work with the furniture suppliers getting the show house fully finished and furnished as well as checking the sizes in situ of all the furniture items on offer and photographing them for the furniture pack. You will receive this furniture pack by Friday 4th June and you will need to place your order by Monday 21st June to ensure delivery for the handover.

The furniture pack offers a full range of colours and includes everything you need to instantly occupy or let your property, including kitchenware, crockery, cutlery, glassware, electrical items and garden furniture in addition to the usual internal furniture and also décor accessories.

In the apartments, installation of the kitchens, granite worktops and white goods continues and the snagging process has begun with Joanne checking the quality and finishing of all construction work and installations as they are completed. This means there should be minimal snagging work to be done on handover and your property will be up and running very quickly.

The rooftop gardens are being finished off with food preparation and storage areas, a sink and provision for rooftop hot tubs. These extremely spacious areas offer privacy, peace and quiet and the ultimate barbecue venue.

Construction on the Spa and reception building remains behind schedule but the internal divisions in the basement have been completed so the layout of the treatment, changing and relaxation rooms is now apparent. The hydrotherapy and the cold plunge pool have been waterproofed and the basic structures for the sauna and steam room are in place. It’s now clear how light, airy and relaxing the hydrotherapy area will be.
